Our Foundations course will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our daily workouts (WODs). C’mon, you didn’t think we’d just toss you into a CrossFit class to figure out for yourself, did you? The Foundations classes are 1 hour long for a minimum of 3 sessions, or more, depending on your personal needs. We’ll teach you movement standards and safety, Nutrition 101, CrossFit lingo, and how to scale movements to your own fitness level. Don’t worry, it’s not all class time. You’ll definitely work up a sweat.
Simply put, CrossFit is the “sport of fitness.” Sounds crazy, right? Maybe not. CrossFit has turned the boring, mundane yet necessary task of “working out” into a sort of game. CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning through daily workouts that are constantly varied and are sure to push your body to the limits.
We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. Need to climb a tree to get your cat out? We’ve got you covered. Need to sprint across the parking lot to catch your runaway shopping cart? No problem! Want to impress that lovely lady by holding the cart above your head with a single arm? We can work on that too.

In-house Program Design is geared towards athletes competing in CrossFit, endurance sports, all weightlifting variations, and other sports. Athletes looking for a more individualized approach to fitness may also benefit from personalized programming.
Our Remote services include monthly consults, video analysis, nutritional counseling and daily program design.
The supplemental program is for those needing an accessory program to eliminate weaknesses or develop specific skills.
